Updated October 6, 2026. This policy covers 101+ Party Games on the web and the iPhone app.
101 Party Games has no accounts and no sign-in. It does not send your scores, names, drawings or other game data anywhere.
Everything the app remembers (coins, gems, trophies, high scores, player names, favorites and settings) is stored only in this browser or app on this device. Deleting the app, clearing its data, or tapping Settings then Erase data deletes it permanently.
The games work offline. After the first load they do not need an internet connection.
The iPhone app shows optional reward ads from Google AdMob, only when you tap to watch one. Every ad request is marked child-directed, under the age of consent, with a maximum content rating of G, so Google does not show personalized or interest-based ads and the app does not send the advertising identifier (IDFA). The app never asks to track you.
When an ad loads, Google's ad software may receive device and usage information: an IP address and other device identifiers, which ads were shown and tapped, and crash and performance data. Google uses it only to deliver, limit, measure and secure ads and to prevent fraud. I do not receive this information, and the app does not share your game data with Google or anyone else. The web version shows no ads.
Report an ad. If you see an ad that seems wrong for a family game, email unlimitedtdgame@gmail.com with what it showed and when, and I will block it.
The app is made for everyone, including children. I do not create accounts and I do not ask for or collect names, email addresses, locations, photos or contact details. Player names, text and drawings you enter stay on your device.
I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent can email me at any time to ask what, if anything, I hold about their child, to ask me to delete it, or to refuse further collection. You can also avoid all ad data by not tapping Earn gems.
I do not store your information on my own servers, so there is nothing for me to keep. Data on your device is deleted with Settings then Erase data, or by deleting the app. Data Google receives for ads is handled under Google's policy linked above.
